To get friendly with the VEX parts and discover how each of the parts function, we created inventions that we use in our daily lives using the VEX parts. This planted the thoughts to the members that with VEX, we can have convenient lives.

GO-KARTING WITH VEX PARTS
We had fun with making a Go-Kart with VEX Parts. The real fun happened when one of our members rode on the Go-Kart to go across the hallways.

The VEX Cup dispenser is one of our proudest inventions. The most satisfying aspect was that the cup dispenser was always working whenever we wanted it to, and it was very reliable! We also added custom 3-D printed parts in order to hold the cups. All of our hard work and effort paid off in the end.

Although working with the chains was challenging because of their tightness, when we clipped the chains together at the end, we were excited to see our tank go over the obstacles.

We created a multidirectional rover, and added propellers for fun. Initially, when we were setting wheels that looked like it would go in different directions, we were surprised that the movement was extremely smooth when we finished it.
VEX SLINGSHOT
VEX SLINGSHOT
Slingshots can be a mundane mechanism in VEX Robotics, but we differentiated our slingshot from the others by adding the pivoting pulling gear. When we want to launch the ball, the pivoting gear approaches the track and pulls the shooter so that the rubber bands can launch the ball.
